Tasty Carrot Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups refined sugar
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp. nut meg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 small canned rushed pineapple


PROCEDURE:

1. Cream the butter, sugar, and the eggs.
2. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, nut meg, cinnamon powder, and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Add the carrots and pineapple.
5. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
6. Bake for 30 mins. or until done.
