Okra With Bagoong Isda Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 pcs okra, washed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 medium onion,sliced
  • 1 small ginger, minced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 pc kalamansi, halved
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • a dash of salt
  • a dash of msg(optional)


PROCEDURE:

1. Pour water into a cooking pot and bring to a boil.
2. Put in the okra and simmer for 2 mins. (You can also steam the okra instead of boiling).
3. Remove okra and put in a medium bowl.
4. Put the vinegar, onion, ginger, and tomato.
5. Season with salt and msg.
6. Squeeze a little of kalamansi.
7. Mix.
8. Serve, share, and enjoy!
