Ginisang Alugbati Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch of Malabar spinach (Alugbati)
  • 1/8 kg pork, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 pc tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • a dash of seasoning
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil


PROCEDURE:

1. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
2. Saute pork until brown, set aside.
3. Saute garlic until golden brown.
4. Add in onion, then the tomatoes.
5. Mix the pork.
6. Add the Malabar spinach, soy sauce, salt, and seasoning then mix.
7. Do not cover
8. Simmer for 3-4 mins. Do not overcook.
9. Serve, share, and enjoy!
