Sinigang Na Bangus Recipe





INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large milkfish (bangus), cleaned and cut into 3
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 pcs. okra (lady finger)
  • 1/4 bunch of kangkong (water spinach) or Chinese cabbage, sliced
  • 5 cups water 
  • salt to taste
  • msg (optional)


PROCEDURE:
 
1. Pour water in a cooking pot, cover and bring to a boil.
2. Add the onion and tomatoes, simmer for 3 mins.
3. Add the milkfish, simmer for 4 mins.
4. Add the okra and kangkong.
5. Put in the salt and msg to taste, simmer for 3 mins.
6. Serve, share, and enjoy!
