Macaroni Salad Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 grams macaroni pasta
  • 600 mL light mayonnaise
  • 1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained
  • ½ cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 bottle (220g) kaong, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (390g) condensed milk
  • 1 pack (250 mL) all-purpose cream


PROCEDURE:

1. Cook Macaroni pasta according to pack directions. Drain, set aside and let it cool.
2. Transfer the cooked macaroni in a large mixing bowl, mix with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Season according to desired taste. Cover.
4. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
5. Serve cold.
6. Share and enjoy!
