Pritong Pusit Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 pcs. medium squid(pusit)
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 medium spring onion
  • a dash of salt for each squid
  • msg(optional)
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil


PROCEDURE:

1. Wash and clean the squid, remove all the internal organs.
2. Stuffed each squid with onions, salt, and msg.
3. Heat cooking oil in a large pan.
4. Fry squid together until brown
5. Flip each squid to fry the reverse side.
6. Serve, share, and enjoy!
