INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch of kangkong(water spinach), washed and cut into 1 inch length
- 1/8 kg pork, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt to taste
- a dash of magic sarap(optional)
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
2. Saute pork until light brown, set aside.
3. Saute garlic until golden brown, then add the onion.
3. Mix with the pork.
4. Add the kangkong, and all the remaining ingredients, then mix.
5. Cover and simmer for about 3 mins. (Do not overcook)
