Pork Giniling Recipe





INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 ground pork, drained
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 can cooked green peas, drained
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 beef or pork cube
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • msg/ seasoning mix (optional)


PROCEDURE:

1. Heat oil in a cooking pan, saute garlic, and onion. Add the ground pork, cook for 6-8 mins.
2. Pour in the water, beef/ pork cube, soy sauce. Mix well. Simmer for 3 mins.
3. Add the carrot, potato, raisins. Mix. Cook for atleast 4 mins.
4. Add the green peas, bell pepper. Season with salt and msg. Simmer for 3 mins.
5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
6. Serve hot with rice.
7. Share and enjoy!
