Adobong Pusit Recipe



INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kg Squid (Pusit), cleaned and sliced. (Do not remove the ink)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium onion,sliced
  • 5 spring onion leaves, sliced
  • 1/8 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt to taste
  • a dash of msg/ seasoning mix (optional)

 PROCEDURE

1. In a large cooking pan, saute garlic until golden brown then add onion.
2. Add the squid, soy sauce, vinegar, water, salt and msg. to taste. Cover. Simmer for 8-10 mins.
3. Add the spring onion leaves, stir. Simmer for a minute. Adjust taste according to preference.
4. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
5. Serve hot, share and enjoy!
