INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg pork
- 5 pcs. hotdogs, sliced diagonally
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 medium potato, quartered
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 can cooked green peas, drained
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 3 cups beef brot
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- msg (optional)
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat cooking oil in a large pan, stir fry hotdogs for 3 minutes then set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion.
3. Add and saute pork for 3 minutes.
4. Pour-in the water, beef broth and stir, then cover. Let it boil for 30 minutes.
5. Add the salt, pepper, msg, tomato sauce,soy sauce, carrot, and potato. Stir. Simmer until meat becomes tender.
6. Add the cooked hotdogs, green peas, green and red bell peppers. Simmer for 2 minutes.
7. Transfer to a serving bowl.
8. Serve hot, share and enjoy!
