Ginisang Sitaw Recipe



INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 cup pork, sliced or ground pork
  • 1 bunch string beans (sitaw)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • a dash of salt to taste
  • msg/seasoning mix (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil


PROCEDURE:

1. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Saute pork until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Using the same pan, saute garlic, onion, and tomato.
3. Mix together with the pork.
4. Add the string beans, soy sauce, water, salt and msg/seasoning mix. Saute for 3 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
6. Serve, share, and enjoy!
