INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack mixed fresh vegetables (chopseuy mix), washed
- 3/4 cup pork, sliced small
- 1/2 cup shrimp (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- salt to taste
- msg/seasoning mix (optional)
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch (diluted in 1/2 Tbsp water)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat cooking oil, saute pork until light brown, set aside.
2. Remove excess oil.
3. Saute garlic, onion.
4. Add the pork, water, salt, msg/seasoning mix. Stir. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the chopseuy mix, diluted cornstarch. Simmer for 2-3 mins.
6. Adjust seasoning according to desired taste.
7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving plate.
8. Serve with rice.
9. Share and enjoy a yum meal.
